These Terms are an agreement between you and JunkCarsUs (“JunkCarsUs,” “we,” or “us”), which operates junkcarsus.com. By using our website, requesting a quote, or selling us a vehicle, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our service

We buy used, damaged, non-running, salvage, and junk vehicles and arrange free pickup. We are the buyer of your vehicle; we do not provide repair, insurance, legal, or tax advice.

Quotes and offers

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are not guaranteed. If the vehicle’s condition, mileage, title, or other details differ at pickup, we may adjust or withdraw the offer. We may also decline any vehicle.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorized to sell it), with the right to transfer ownership.
• Provide accurate information and a valid title or proof of ownership.
• Remove all personal belongings — we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Remove license plates and cancel registration/insurance as required by your state.

Pickup and payment

We schedule pickup at an agreed time and pay you (cash or check) when we collect the vehicle and complete the paperwork. Ownership transfers to us at that point. Either side may cancel before the vehicle is picked up.

Communications

By giving us your contact details, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, and text about your request. Consent is not required to sell your vehicle. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; use “unsubscribe” to opt out of marketing emails.

Disclaimer and liability

Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any transaction will not exceed the amount we agreed to pay you for the vehicle.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date above.
