This information may include your name, contact details, vehicle location, vehicle information, and details needed to evaluate an offer or arrange pickup. We limit disclosures to information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.

A partner receiving your request may contact you to discuss your vehicle, provide an offer, verify information, or coordinate the transaction. A referral does not require you to accept an offer or sell your vehicle.

Some partners act as service providers on our behalf. Others act as independent businesses, including when they purchase your vehicle directly. Independent businesses handle information under their own privacy notices and applicable law.

Sharing your request does not, by itself, authorize unrelated marketing or constitute consent to automated or prerecorded marketing calls or marketing texts. Any consent required by applicable law must be obtained separately.

To ask about a referral or request that we stop making additional referrals for your inquiry, contact support@junkcarsus.com. This will not automatically cancel an existing transaction or replace any request you may need to make directly to a partner.
